Filudi is invitation only. You ask for an invitation, staff sends one, you create your account, and from the console you create a game, upload versions and ask for a review. Staff approves the game and activates the version that goes live.

Fill the request form: your email, what you build, a few lines about it. Nothing is sent to you at that point; staff reads the requests and invites. The invitation is an email with a link that works for 7 days. Open it, choose a display name and a password, and your account is active. You can enable a one-time code (TOTP) on the account page; staff accounts must.

developers.filudi.com/console is where you work. Sign in with your email and password. The top bar switches between your games and your sites; an account with one game lands on it. Each game has:

ScreenWhat you do there
OverviewPending or approved, the live version, the sites that list the game, the next step
SettingsName, descriptions, categories, tags, orientation, mobile, minutes
MediaCover, screenshots, a short video
VersionsUpload a zip, preview it, request its review
LeaderboardsDeclare the boards and read the scores
StatisticsWho plays, how long, where, across every site that lists the game
MembersInvite another account to the game (owners only)
Distributionfiludi.com only, or any approved portal

An account that owns nothing yet sees the two paths, games and portals, with a button for each.

A game you create is pending. While pending you can do everything above: configure it, upload drafts, preview them. Nothing is public and no site lists it. Staff approves the game from its queue; the API sends them an email for every new pending item, so you do not need to ask.

Each version you upload is a draft. When a draft is ready, press “Request review” on it. Staff plays the preview and activates the version: it becomes the one filudi.com serves, and the previous live version goes back to draft. Only staff activates. A version of a pending game cannot go live, so the first review waits for the approval of the game.

The account that creates a game is its owner. An owner invites members by email: an existing account gets the membership, an unknown email gets an invitation that carries it. A member has every right of the owner except inviting and removing members. Nobody but staff deletes a game.

Activate, retire or delete a version; approve your own game; list a game on a site that does not list it yet; see anything about money. filudi.com has no ad network and pays nothing today; the console shows usage statistics only.

Your first bundle takes a game from the playground to a version under review.
